چکیده
Under global warming, the climate in semi-arid inland Eurasia (SAIE) has changed an opposite manner, thereby seriously impacting local ecological environment. However, key influencing factors and physical mechanism remain inconclusive. In this paper, we remodel precipitation recycling ratio (PRR) model to assess contributions of moisture from different water vapor sources precipitation, analyze characteristics PRR SAIE, provide possible reasons based on Clausius–Clapeyron equation. It is found that increased 1970 2017 as result linear trend analysis, with obvious seasonality. Moreover, component contributed by locally evaporated (Pl), advected (Pa) well total (P), during past 48 years. particular, Pa, Pl, P autumn winter all obviously 20 years interdecadal change trend, (Pl/P), which was decrease input I(Ω) horizontal direction. According equation, one causes might be warming accelerated cycle driven increase atmospheric holding capacity caused provides power source. We suggest climate’s transformation dry wet SAIE can only temporary since area adjustment circulation did not lead external vapor.

Impacts of climate change on extreme precipitation events in arid (Bandar Abbas) and semi-arid (Shahrekord) stations in Iran
The aim of this paper is to project extreme precipitation events in an arid and a semiarid station. In order to project climate change based on general circulation models (GCMs), we have applied LARS-WG[1] downscaling tool. This stochastic weather generator down-scaled the climate of two synoptic stations using HADCM3 model and A2 emission scenario for 2040. We extracted extreme precipitation e...

1 Introduction Accurate quantitative precipitation estimation (QPE) is one of the most important elements in meteorological and hydrologic analyses. It has been long recognized, however, that rain gauge networks are usually inadequate because of their limited distribution. During the last decades intense scientific efforts have been devoted to utilize remote sensing information for the estimati...

متن کاملPotassium reserves in soils with arid and semi-arid climate in southern Iran: a perspective based on potassium fixation
ABSTRACT- The present research was conducted to study K forms and fixation in soils of southern Iran (Hormozgan Province) with aridic and aridic-ustic regimes and to address the relations between soil mineralogy and potassium forms. Thirteen surface soil samples (0-25 cm) were collected from different regions and analyzed in laboratory. Illite and feldspar and mica are the major clay and soil m...
متن کاملInvestigation of Sedimentation of Small Catchments under Precipitation Pattern and Basin Characteristics in Arid and Semi-Arid Climate
Splash (raindrop) erosion plays an significant role in soil loss, especially in arid and semi-arid regions with poor vegetation. In this paper, by analyzing the pattern of rainfalls that occurred during 26 years in four basins located in Semnan County, their effect on the pattern of eroded sediments from the basin was investigated. Sedimentary layers from the sampling of retarding reservoir sed...
